Physical Therapy & Strength

Dr. Jeff Seakan, PT, DPT

ATCOCSCMTPT-DNTPI-C

Dr. Jeff founded Doc Phytness with a simple belief: strength is the foundation of longevity, independence, and performance at every stage of life.

For over a decade he worked as a traditional physical therapist, treating individuals of all ages and activity levels: from post-surgical patients to weekend warriors, competitive athletes, and active older adults, including high school, collegiate, and professional athletes and Senior Olympians. Along the way he noticed a gap in healthcare: too often, people were told to slow down, avoid activity, or simply manage pain. He believed there was a better way: instead of limiting people, he wanted to help them build capacity.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Athletic Trainer, and Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Dr. Jeff combines clinical expertise with performance training principles, bridging rehabilitation and strength development, helping active adults and athletes not just recover from injury, but become more resilient than they were before. Through his certification with the Titleist Performance Institute, he also specializes in helping golfers improve mobility, power, and efficiency so they can play longer and stronger without pain.

A Central New York native and former collegiate hockey player, Dr. Jeff earned his degree in Athletic Training from SUNY Cortland and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University. He lives in Lewes with his wife and three children.

Offered Through the Program The Physical Wellness and Strength Assessment, performed by Doc Phytness. A hands-on evaluation of mobility, strength, and movement quality that anchors the exercise arm of your prevention plan.

Robert A. Wurzburg

Business ManagerGlobal Brand AmbassadorFirst Program Graduate

After a long career in business, Bob set about maintaining his knowledge and relevance, as well as his physical and mental health, in “retirement.”

Early in his career he worked in sales, in both pharmaceuticals and the telephone industry, and spent many years in project management. Using those skillsets, his primary focus has been assisting and mentoring several of his younger friends over the years; he has been an integral part of their businesses and success.

With the practice since its inception, Bob encouraged Dr. Hosmane to focus on his skillsets and expertise, mentoring him to develop a proactive, preventive medicine model centered on heart health and healthspan. He has also served as the Hosmane family business manager for a number of years, assisting the family in both healthcare and non-healthcare matters.

Bob became the “pilot project” for Hosmane Longevity Executive Health and brought the vision to life. As the first graduate of the Executive Health Program, he is involved with the next phase of healthspan awareness and is available to share his experience with our clients.

He is currently the Business Manager, and has appointed himself Global Brand Ambassador.
