Executive Health Program

A customized wellness plan by a clinical cardiologist.

Anyone can order tests. What separates our program is what happens next: expert interpretation and a treatment plan, assembled by a multidisciplinary team led by an experienced cardiologist.

Insurance & Eligibility The Executive Health Program is an elective, cash-pay program that operates outside traditional insurance. Unlike an insurance-based annual wellness physical, it is built for proactive heart-disease prevention and individualized risk modeling. Due to government insurance contracts, Hosmane Longevity cannot accept patients enrolled in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid.

How It Works

Built around your heart, your data, and your life.

The program begins with a comprehensive cardiovascular assessment: advanced imaging, biomarkers, and risk modeling that go well beyond a routine physical. From there, every finding is interpreted by Dr. Hosmane, in person, in plain language.

Then we build your plan. Exercise, nutrition, medical management, and, where they add value, coaching, integrative medicine, and mental health support. One plan, one accountable physician, no guesswork.

  • 01Comprehensive cardiovascular testing & risk modeling
  • 02One-on-one interpretation with Dr. Hosmane
  • 03A written, personalized prevention plan
  • 04Ongoing follow-up and course correction

Program Components

Six components. One coordinated plan.

01The Core

Cardiovascular Assessment

The foundation of every plan. Advanced imaging, biomarkers, and risk modeling interpreted by Dr. Hosmane, not a report left for you to decode alone.

02

Physical Wellness

An exercise and lifestyle prescription matched to your cardiac profile, built to be sustainable inside a demanding schedule, not around an imaginary one.

03

Nutritional Evaluation

A dietary plan built around your labs and risk profile, designed with real-world constraints: travel, client dinners, and long days included.

04Optional

Integrative Medicine

A functional-medicine consult that looks beyond the cardiovascular system, coordinated with, never instead of, your clinical plan.

05Optional

Health Coaching

Internal-medicine-led coaching to keep the plan on track between visits: accountability with clinical judgment behind it.

06Optional

Mental Health

Stress is a cardiovascular risk factor, not a footnote. When it's part of your picture, we coordinate a referral with a trusted specialist.

Common Questions

Before you ask.

Is the Executive Health Program covered by insurance?

No. The program is an elective, advanced preventive-health screening and longevity-coaching program that is not covered by commercial insurance. It is cash-pay.

Why can't Hosmane Longevity Executive Health work with patients insured by Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid?

Due to Dr. Hosmane's government insurance contracts through Hosmane Cardiology, LLC, he is unable to see patients enrolled in these programs through Hosmane Longevity.

What is lipoprotein(a), and why do you test for it?

Lipoprotein(a), or Lp(a), is a cholesterol particle whose level is determined almost entirely by your genes. An elevated Lp(a) raises heart disease risk independently of the cholesterol numbers on a standard panel, which never measures it. For most people it only needs to be tested once in a lifetime, and it is one of the most active areas of research in cardiology today. Lp(a), along with a full panel of advanced lipid and inflammatory markers, is part of every assessment we perform. Learn more about Lp(a) testing.

How is this different from my annual physical?

A generic annual physical is an insurance-based wellness visit built to check boxes for the average patient. Our program is proactive heart-disease prevention, built to model your risk: advanced labs, coronary calcium scoring, cardiac imaging, and a review of your family history, lifestyle, and goals, all interpreted by a cardiologist face to face. You leave with a personalized prevention plan, not a printout.

Heart disease runs in my family. Should I be screened?

Yes. A strong family history of cardiovascular disease meaningfully increases your own risk, and it is one of the clearest reasons to look early, including genetic factors like Lp(a) that pass through families. We also encourage screening for the family members of our patients; prevention works best when the whole family is ahead of it.

Do I have to be an executive to join?

Not at all. The program was designed for people carrying demanding and stressful schedules, and that describes far more than boardrooms. Our personalized prevention plans serve patients from every walk of life.

What is the lotus lapel pin I keep seeing?

Graduates of the Hosmane Longevity program receive our lotus lapel pin, a quiet marker of a commitment kept. When you spot one around Lewes or Wilmington, you have found someone who took their heart health seriously. Look for the pin.
